How do the QR codes work?
It is simple: scan – start – experience. The content runs directly in your browser, no app needed.
Three steps
Scan the QR code
Open the camera on your smartphone and point it at the QR code. On older devices, use a QR scanner app.
Tap “Open link”
The hint appears automatically. One tap is enough – the page or video opens in your browser.
Turn on the sound & switch to full screen
Adjust the volume (headphones recommended). Activate full screen if it does not start automatically. Our content is delivered as video shorts – optimised for the vertical format. Hold your smartphone upright.
Tips for the best experience
- Internet: Activate mobile data or Wi-Fi (videos 1–3 minutes, low data usage).
- Audio: Turn on media volume; on iPhone, check the mute switch.
- Subtitles: If available, activate subtitles in the player (more accessible, useful in quiet spaces).
- Respect: In churches or memorial rooms, please keep the volume down; if needed, watch outside.
- Navigation: Use the map/route at the end of the page when offered.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
My phone does not recognise the QR code.
- Clean the camera lens, move closer and make sure the code is well lit.
- Alternatively, use a free QR scanner app.
There is no sound.
- Increase the volume and check if mute or “Do not disturb” is active.
- On iPhone: deactivate the mute switch on the side.
The video is not in full screen.
- Tap the full-screen icon in the player.
- Hold your smartphone vertically – the shorts are optimised for vertical viewing.
The video loads slowly or stutters.
- Check mobile data or Wi-Fi – if necessary, move to a place with better reception.
- Reload the page and wait a moment for the buffer to fill.
Do I need an app?
No. Everything runs in your browser (can be set up in a GDPR-compliant way).
